Sebastiano Serafini – Don’t be too hard on yourself – wearing Liberum Arbitrium, BLK DNM

Don’t be too hard on yourself. There are plenty of people willing to do that for you. Love yourself and be proud of everything that you do. Even mistakes mean you’re trying.

For a person who has a lot of drive, determination, goals, and motivation to be successful being hard on one’s self may be something that occurs a lot. People as such, and people universally as well must realize that being too hard on ourselves is very counterproductive. Instead of getting down on ourselves in times in which we feel that we don’t achieve everything that we could have if we worked a tad bit harder, or made one different decision, we must be satisfied with knowing that victory is so very close, and with one more attempt, we shall succeed.

Living life looking forward instead of looking backward will not only help us be the best at what we do, and help us succeed, but it will also give us peace, knowing that next time we will know what to do in order overcome our past mistakes and have a glorious future.

  1. Ciao, Sebastiano!
Vero!

    PS: Belle queste foto… dov’eri?

  2. Beautiful words, I’m totally agree with you.
I think I’m often to hard with me, but I try to correct me.
Often the wrong people help us go to the bottom. Today I almost give up everything. Tonight I feel better and stronger 😉
I would however not believed to be able to get up again.
